Love is in the air and, in perfect Valentine’s Day fashion, we have an electrician’s love story just for you.
Danny Fox and his now-wife, Jennifer, were together for seven years before they got married last year. When their wedding date finally rolled around, he knew just what he wanted to do.
Their wedding day was one to remember, with the ceremony taking place at Mary’s Catholic Church and the reception held at Jack Robinson Gallery in Memphis, Tennessee. But there’s one thing about their special day that caught our eye more than anything else.

After looking online for inspiration, he brought an idea to Cakes by Mom and Me, and it came to life. A groom’s cake modeled after a Klein Tools Canvas Tool Bag? You can count us in. This bag has been used in unique ways before, like by NY Times Fashion, but we guess you could say this one takes the cake!
Klein tools have the quality and reliability professionals can trust to help get the job done-day in and day out. That’s why Danny prefers Klein Tools over alternatives. Specifically, he relies on insulated tools for extra safety precautions when working on potentially energized components.
He now works as a journeyman inside wireman at IBEW Local 474 in Memphis, but even after being in the trades for seven years, he still remembers his first set of Kleins. He recalls purchasing an apprentice tool kit during a Black Friday sale at The Home Depot. The kit included a pair of lineman's, wire strippers, diagonal cutters and a set of screwdrivers. In fact, Danny still uses the same diagonal cutting pliers that came in the kit.
That’s no surprise either. Six generations of expertise go into manufacturing our tools, and we ensure that they are built with the durability needed to last from generation to generation.
We love hearing unique stories like Danny’s. Do you have one of your own? How have you shown your Kleins some love? Share it with us on social media!
